UFC superstar Sean O’Malley enjoyed a bumper year in 2023.
‘Suga’ realised multiple career goals as he headlined a pay-per-view show and became a world champion by beating Aljamain Sterling at UFC 292 last August.
During a recent interview with Bradley Martyn, the UFC bantamweight king was asked if fighters understand the power of social media.
“It depends what these guys’ goals are. My goal is always to become a multi-multi-multi-multi-multi-multi-millionaire,” O’Malley replied.
“I wanted to make a lot of money. You can make a lot of money in the UFC not talking s***, not really being on social media, doing all that thing.
“But it’s gonna be harder when you have to win 500,000 fights in a row.”
O’Malley says he makes more money from social media than fighting.
