Plus, a recipe for a tasty and good-for-you snack.Gut & Hormone-Friendly Veggie Dip:Ingredients: 1 cup plain greek yogurt; 1/2 teaspoon of each: garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, dried basil, dried dill; 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt; 1/8 teaspoon of pepper; optional 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper; squeeze of 1/2 fresh lemon. Combine and mix ingredients and serve with chopped veggies (cucumber, celery, broccoli, bell peppers, carrot).
