Nonprofit helps women find employment opportunities [Video]

ROGERS, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — A nonprofit helps women reach financial independence by supporting them in professional attire and job training.

Dress for Success NWA started in 2013, this nonprofit organization offers assistance to women seeking employment opportunities with a range of services including business attire, resume assistance and mock job interviews.

Nonprofit’s closure amplifies importance of hiring neurodivergent people

Dress for Success NWA has a boutique where women receive personalized styling from head to toe. Alongside clothing, participants are offered makeup, hair products and other essentials for securing and maintaining employment.

“Dress for Success NWA remains steadfast in its commitment to providing unwavering support to women in need,” said Executive Director of Dress for Success NWA Rachel Cox.

Cox said that the organization’s overarching goal is to serve the women of Northwest Arkansas.
