How Fiverr’s new AI tool could help you land a freelancing job [Video]

Artificial intelligence (AI) recruiting tools keep coming, but can they help freelancers navigate a competitive job market? 

On Wednesday, the freelancing platform Fiverr released Dynamic Matching, an AI-enhanced tool that it says “transforms how businesses can find and hire freelancers.”

Both an AI writing aid and a talent search tool, the feature helps businesses perfect their project briefs, recommends ideal candidates, and shares the brief with them. If businesses prefer to look for candidates themselves, they can still use Dynamic Matching to edit their brief and then share it manually with freelancers of their choice.

In an exclusive interview with ZDNET, Fiverr’s VP of Product Adi Margolis explained that the tool’s oversight team continually optimizes the algorithms that drive it using current data and feedback to ensure it’s “increasingly reliable and precise.” Fiverr can customize the feature for Pro users and other …
