Ownership of the restaurants changed recently. Irene Manolas’ father, who owned both the Holiday City and Bryan locations, passed away in June 2024.
HOLIDAY CITY, Ohio — For the past 14 years, Four Seasons Restaurants in Holiday City and Bryan have been delighting customers with homemade omelets and specialty dishes. Over the years, the restaurants have earned a loyal following, with patrons traveling from near and far to enjoy the food and warm atmosphere.
The owner of the Holiday City location, Irene Manolas, emphasizes that Four Seasons is about more than just the food. “We’ve always strived to treat our customers like family,” she said, reflecting on the restaurant’s long-standing mission.
The Manolas family established Four Seasons in Williams County in 2009, when Christos Manolas, Irene’s father, opened the Holiday City location. Two years later, the Bryan location was opened.
It has remained a proud family business ever since.
“We’ve been in the restaurant business since I was a little girl,” said Irene.
