Northampton City Hall to close Dec. 2nd for asbestos abatement [Video]

NORTHAMPTON, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) – Northampton City Hall will be closed for at least 3 weeks beginning on December 2nd for asbestos abatement.

During this time City Hall departments will be working remotely or from temporary locations outside of the building.

If you need to contact departments based within City Hall, you’re being asked to email them.

All paper copies of permit applications, can be dropped off at the city clerk’s temporary location at Memorial Hall on Main Street.
