Burning Bridges Food Truck plans to open a brick-and-mortar restaurant [Video]

Burning Bridges Food Truck plans to open a brick-and-mortar restaurant in the near future.

Owner Zach Bridges has been posting updates about his new venture on Facebook.

The restaurant will have lots of room in the kitchen, dining area and parking lot, he said this week, adding that it will have counter service similar to that on the truck. He hasn’t yet revealed the location but there’s a photo of the inside space on his Facebook page.

He plans to have quick lunch options, grab-and-go items and hot deli sandwiches on the menu.

Burning Bridges is known for its fried gluten-free offerings, including chicken and beer-battered fish sandwiches and flour-and-spice coated pickle chips.

Bridges said he plans to post Facebook updates on the restaurant’s progress on Thursdays.
