Aurora’s lifeguard hiring events will provide application assistance, on-site interviews and conditional job offers.
AURORA, Colo. — The City of Aurora will hold four hiring events for lifeguards to staff its indoor and outdoor pools.
Aurora’s Parks, Recreation and Open Space department will hold its hiring events to provide more information, application assistance and on-site interviews. Conditional offers will also be made on event days.
Lifeguards maintain the safety and cleanliness of swimming pools, provide patron information and respond to emergencies.
Aurora lifeguards receive free access to Aurora’s recreation centers, free equipment and uniforms, flexible schedules and career advancement opportunities. Lifeguard pay starts at $17.50.

- Wednesday, April 24, 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.
- Southeast Recreation Center, 25400 E. Alexander Dr.
- Saturday, April 27, 1 to 5 p.m.
- Central Recreation Center, 18150 E. Vassar Pl.
- Saturday, May 4, 1 to 5 p.m.
- Moorhead Recreation Center, 2390 Havana St.
- Sunday, May 5, noon to 4 p.m.
- Utah Indoor Pool, 1800 S. Peoria St.
