To make a Chicken Pitta Pizza you will need:

  • 1 wholemeal pitta

  • 1 tbsp tomato puree

  • 1 tbsp light mozzarella, grated

  • 25g cooked chicken, sliced

  • 10g yellow pepper, diced

  • 10g red pepper, diced

  • ½ tsp oregano
