Volunteers needed in Manatee County after Hurricane Helene [Video]

PALMETTO, Fla. (WFLA) — Manatee County offers volunteer opportunities to help residents affected by Hurricane Helene.

Around 300 Volunteers are needed per day on Oct. 1st, 2nd, or 3rd from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Officials ask residents to avoid these 2 Sarasota beaches

Volunteers will start at Bradenton Area Convention Center, and transportation to locations needing help will be provided.
