ULM and Carroll Jr. High shake hands, confirming academic support for bullpups [Video]

MONROE, La. (KNOE) – The University of Louisiana at Monroe and Carroll Jr. High School are teaming up to offer unique opportunities to students.

Through this partnership, the university is helping Carroll Jr. High students achieve their academic and career goals.

“A part of this project is getting university officials, faculty, and staff to work alongside the junior high staff members in order to create and develop a bond for our students – in order to do things greater in their future,” said Principal Montrell Marshall of Carroll Jr. High School.

ULM, Monroe City School district staff members and Carroll Jr. High educators gathered inside the Jessie Lee Handy Gymnasium on the junior high’s campus Monday afternoon (Aug. 12) for a special signing ceremony.
