Should trust be given or earned? [Video]

The mentality on “earning trust” is something I think a lot of society has backwards. Many think that making people “earn” their trust will protect them in some way .. I think this is just an indication of their own fear or insecurity. The world doesn’t need more doubt and skepticism .. we need more trust!!
