SAN ANTONNIO (KTSA News) — Several businesses on San Antonio’s Northwest Side spent Wednesday cleaning up after a man threw rocks through their windows.
San Antonio police say it happened in the area around Bandera Road and West Woodlawn Avenue. Several people called police after spotting the man throwing rocks at windows.
They were able to locate him and took him into custody.
Officers were able to view surveillance video from some of the businesses that showed the man throwing rocks.
His name hasn’t been released but police say he’s been charged with four counts of criminal mischief and an unrelated warrant.
Some of the businesses needing new windows include Bank of America, Dollar Tree, Walmart and McDonald’s.
A dollar amount on the damage was no reported.
