Make a light Summer salad with The Perfect Beet [Video]

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) – With the hot weather, not everyone wants something heavy or hot to eat for lunch. If you’re craving something lighter and refreshing, The Perfect Beet has the salad for you.

Chef and owner of The Perfect Beet, Mylan “Lonnie” Miguel, joined our show and shared how to make The Perfect Beet’s quinoa and kale salad with sweet potatoes.

This composed salad is light and is quick to make. The ingredients can also be switched out based on the season.
