ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A gloomy morning with a few light showers gives way to partly sunny skies this afternoon. A stray shower is possible through sunset, with high temperatures topping out in the low 80s this afternoon.
Any showers that roll through metro this afternoon will be light and quick passing.
For the rest of the week, it is all about the heat! Highs will climb into the mid 80s tomorrow, and we are on track to hit 90° Sunday, which happens to be the first day of Fall!
