Lauren Branning is seen trying her luck at securing a new job in the upcoming EastEnders episodes, however, concerns about her son create friction with the Beales.

On Monday (July 15), Lauren becomes anxious as her job interview approaches but her day takes a turn for the worse when bailiffs show up at her doorstep demanding payment for an old credit debt.

Later, she is surprised to see her son Louie playing football with Junior Knight, Alfie Moon and Tommy in the Square.

The situation deteriorates further when a conversation with Junior escalates after he begins questioning Louie’s academic abilities, leading Lauren to walk away.

Penny Branning attempts to mediate, siding with Junior’s concern that Louie might be having difficulties at school.
