Are you asking yourself as Steve Jobs used to every morning "If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?’ And whenever the answer has been ‘No’ for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something.”Now if you answered, no, I invite you to further reflect,🤔“Is my life in transition and is this impacting my outlook upon my long term career?”🤩All these changes lead them to reflect upon:🤔 “How do I want to spend the next 20 years?”🤔“What should/can I be doing?”🤩8 questions for you to further assess if resignation is the way forward for you:🤔1)” What is currently causing my career distress?”🤔2) “Is this job negatively impacting my health and wellbeing? if so How?”🤔3) “Would a career change improve my current health and wellbeing?”🤔4) “Does my current role have a detrimental effect on my family, friends and partner?”🤔5) ”Which is more important to me, getting my relationships to flow again or to continue in a job I hate?”🤔6) “Does my current career prevent me from doing things that I truly want to accomplish in life? “🤔7) “What would a career look like that contributed to my life accomplishments? How would it feel?”🤔8) “Are there parts of my career that conflict with my core values and beliefs?
