Check out the Paella Depot at the Minnesota State Fair [Video]

FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. — If you’re looking for a savory lunch at the Minnesota State Fair… head no further than the Paella Depot. 

The booth offers chicken and chorizo paella with rice, leeks, red bell peppers, zucchini, snap peas and options to add fried egg and seafood. 

All options are gluten-free and dairy-free. The meal can be made vegetarian as well.
