RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) – A non-profit organization in Rapid City launched a website in October to match employers with the right candidates and make jobseekers more competitive in the interview process.
The website “Gravitate,” created by OneHeart, serves as a teaching tool for people to learn how to be better job candidates. Users are given access to videos, which teach them how to be professional and dress for a job interview. In addition, people are able to learn how to prepare for an interview and how to answer interview questions.
After the videos are completed, users will take quizzes and earn “Gravitate points.”
“Gravitate points help show employers – because your gravitate scores visible to employers – it helps show employers that you take initiative in your job search and your job preparation,” Director of Expansion for Gravitate Teresa Gildemeister said.
