Davina McCall is launching a podcast about trying to navigate midlife.
The TV presenter, 56, was recently honoured with the Special Recognition award for her contributions to the industry at the National Television Awards, but has now added another string to her bow.
The former Big Brother host has created the Begin Again podcast through Steven Bartlett‘s Flight Studio production company and is hoping that listeners of a similar age to her will be able to relate.
She said: ‘I am loving recording Begin Again and I can’t wait for you to hear it. I love it so much I have literally been running to work.
‘I have hand-picked guests who can help us move into this next phase of our lives and help us make it our best act yet.
