State Sen. Loren Lippencott of Central City submitted LB3, the latest attempt to change Nebraska into a “winner-take-all” state when awarding its electoral votes in presidential elections.

State Sen. Jana Hughes of Seward filed LB9, which adjusts tobacco provisions and regulations to include nicotine analogs.

State Sen. George Dungan of Lincoln filed LB12, which proposes changes to the statute of limitations on certain civil actions that can be pursued for sexual assault of a child.
